A distinguishing factor of the way that Kevin Madson & Associates Inc. does business is that the Architect, Kevin, is the on-site inspector, he personally does the schematic designs and oversees each detail of the construction document production. All correspondence and instruction comes from the Principal Architect. The owner/user has the added piece-of-mind in knowing that they are always dealing with a professional. Kevin Madson, along with his assigned coordinator, will follow through on the project from conception to completion.
