The project consisted of the construction of a new 72,800 sq. ft. Elementary School with approximately 10,000 sq. ft. mechanical  mezzanine. This school consists of 23 classrooms, 4 kindergartens, 2 computer rooms, 2 resource rooms, multi-purpose room, stage, kitchen, media center, faculty lounge, administration area with workroom and storage rooms. The project was built with structural brick and CMU masonry, steel joists and deck with mechanical, plumbing, electrical, communication systems and fire sprinkling system.
