Apple Valley Elementary School is a new school located in Santaquin, Utah. The project consists of the construction of a new elementary school consisting of 32 classrooms, 4 kindergartens, 3 resource rooms, 2 computer rooms, 1 UEI room, 1 music room, 1 KIVA, administration area with workroom, faculty lounge, and storage, media center, kitchen, cafeteria, and multi-purpose rooms. The project is approximately 84,000 sq. ft. on the main floor with approximately 17,000 sq. ft. in the mezzanine. The project will be built out of structural brick, steel joists and deck with mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire sprinkling systems.
